A dining room and a terrace, not a drive-through.
Wood-fired mains, a short cocktail list, and a terrace that stays open past the kitchen's last table on a warm night. Marlow's Kitchen seats 46 inside and 22 on the terrace, plus bar seating for walk-ins.

Getting a table shouldn't need a phone call.
Ask Marlow for a time and party size — it opens an inline form right in the chat for the details, one tap to submit, instead of asking for them one by one.
Booking policy
- Tables held 15 minutes past the booking time.
- Parties of 1–8 book online or on WhatsApp; 9+ message us for the private-dining pack.
- 48 hours' notice for a cancellation, where possible.
- Closed Monday. Weekend brunch runs Fri–Sun until 15:00.
See the WhatsApp thread, before the number exists.
Marlow's Kitchen's Meta number is still being connected — the section below is not a mock-up or a recording. It's the exact live assistant, dressed the way the conversation will look inside WhatsApp the moment that number goes live.
This IS Marlow, running on the same brain, the same menu, and the same booking tool as the widget on this page — only the wrapper around it changes once WhatsApp is live. Ask it about tonight's specials, or try booking a table right in the thread.
This becomes a real WhatsApp chat soonThe "Chat on WhatsApp" button above does the same thing until the number is live — it scrolls here.
What changes once the number is real
The same brain, knowledge and tools above — just reached the way Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform actually works.
A guest messages first
A "Message us" link, a QR code on the table, or a saved contact opens WhatsApp with Marlow's Kitchen's number pre-filled — the guest always starts the conversation, never the business.
Meta's Cloud API delivers it
The message arrives over Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API webhook, gets normalized into the same conversation shape as the web chat, and Marlow answers from the same menu and policies shown above.
The 24-hour window, then templates
Marlow can reply freely for 24 hours after the guest's last message. After that, only a pre-approved template message (a booking reminder, say) can restart the thread — standard WhatsApp Business rules, same as any provider.
Everything above, and why it works
Nine things this page actually does, each with the exact doc for adding it to your own site.
The chat, from one script tag
The bubble in the corner (and the phone above) is the live product on a workspace of its own. One line of HTML put it there.
Grounded in Marlow's own words
The menu, hours and booking policy above were published to the workspace as text. Answers quote it and cite it; anything outside it gets an honest "I don't know".
It can work the page
This site publishes its own actions — check a table, book one, search the menu. Ask for one and watch it happen without a form.
It reaches the systems behind the page
Marlow's Kitchen runs a small MCP server of its own, connected to the workspace. The menu and the floor plan come from there over HTTPS — the same answer whether or not this tab is open.
How to add this to your site →It knows who's asking
Sign in as the demo guest below and Marlow can pull up that guest's own reservations — through the page's own tools, for that guest and nobody else.
A person can take over
Ask for a person and the thread lands in the team inbox, mid-conversation — the same handoff works on WhatsApp once it's live, no restart, no ticket number.
Readable without a browser
An agent that never renders this page can still work with it: a plain-text brief, a tool manifest, and the live schema behind every booking action.
The six layers, checked →Useful before anyone signs in
Signed out, the menu, hours and availability are still answerable — to a guest and to any agent. Only a guest's own reservations wait for a signed-in proof of who's asking.
Honest about what isn't live yet
The WhatsApp preview above is labeled exactly for what it is — a real assistant, a faithful wrapper, no invented phone number. Nothing on this page claims a channel that doesn't exist yet.
See every channel's real status →Two checkers grade any address, this page included: one scores how ready a site is for AI agents, the other lists the tools a page publishes.
Sign in and Marlow already knows your reservations
A throwaway demo guest is provided — no password, no real person.
Demo guest: Riley Chen, phone +1-555-0142, one upcoming table for 2 on Sep 18 at 19:30. A throwaway public demo identity, not a real person.
Faster than calling, they say
"Booked our anniversary table over a chat in under a minute — Marlow even held the corner booth we asked for."
"Best short rib in the neighborhood, and getting a table is genuinely easier than phoning during service."
"Mentioned a dairy allergy before we even arrived, and the kitchen had already sorted it by the time we sat down."
A few things people ask first
- Do I need a reservation, or can I just walk in?
- Bar and terrace seats are first-come. The dining room is best booked ahead — easiest by messaging Marlow.
- Is there parking?
- Street parking, plus a public lot two blocks north on Elm.
- Can the kitchen work around an allergy?
- Tell Marlow when you book — the kitchen can flag or adjust most dishes for common allergens.
- What about a party of 9 or more?
- Message us for the private-dining pack — Marlow can point larger groups the right way, and a person picks it up from there.
- Do you sell gift cards?
- Yes — digital gift cards sent by text or WhatsApp, no expiry.
